HR Operations Manager
Leeds city centre – 3 days a week onsite
Up to £50k
Full time and Permanent
As the HR Operations Manager, you will ensure the day-to-day delivery of HR operations is delivered to a high standard, as well supporting the wider business.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
* Take responsibility for all HR operations and ensure effective and compliant delivery.
* Drive continuous improvement across HR Systems, processes and governance.
* Manage the full employee lifecycle.
* Develop and maintain HR policies.
* Support with the processing of monthly payroll inputting and checking.
* Support with management of ER casework.
We are looking for:
* Proven experience managing the full employee lifecycle.
* Strong understanding of UK Employment Law with proven experience managing ER cases.
* Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified.
* Ideally experience gained with professional services – not essential.
* Experience checking payroll information and liaising with Payroll teams.
