We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our team.
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and prioritize customer inquiries with prompt acknowledgement and resolution.
* Work closely with logistics and hauliers to optimize deliveries of products.
* Enter sales orders and confirmations in SAP.
* Raise credit and debit notes.
* Process goods receipts and invoices.
* Issue weekly and monthly pricing in collaboration with the Area Business Manager.
Daily Refueling Uploads
* Upload daily refueling data.
International Aviation
* Resolve disputes with close communication with the Head Office Team.
Month-End Reconciliation
* Invoice consignment locations.
* Process suppliers' invoices.
Complaints Management
* Record claims in Salesforce (SALSA) towards achieving 100% resolution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience
* SAP working knowledge of order-to-cash and purchase-to-pay is a distinct advantage.
* Customer focus with previous experience of B2B markets.
* Problem-solving skills with interaction with external and internal stakeholders.
* Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and improve overall service.
* Experience in aviation business is beneficial but not essential.
