2. Lead complex commercial property transactions (acquisitions, development, leasing, funding) and advise clients
3. Mentor juniors, drive business development, and build client relationships
Residential Solicitor to Senior Associate – Aberdeen (Assignment 18305)

5. Manage full residential conveyancing caseload (sales, purchases, remortgages, title work)
6. Deliver client advice and mentor junior team members
Rural Property – Edinburgh (Assignment 18308)
7. NQ
8. Support and manage rural property and agricultural/estate transactions
9. Work closely with senior colleagues while maintaining strong client relationships
Property (In-house) – Edinburgh (Assignment 18296)
10. 4+ PQE
11. Advise on property matters, compliance, and contracts for internal stakeholders
12. Support councils/committees within a collaborative in-house legal team
Real Estate/Renewables – Edinburgh
13. 2-3 PQE
14. Handle real estate transactions (leases, acquisitions, title work, financing)
15. Manage client relationships and support large portfolio/property deals
