Are you an organised and motivated individual? We’re on the hunt for our next Graduate Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic team in Central London. This role involves networking and relationship building on several existing accounts, managing active accounts, and driving upsell and cross-selling opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
1. Maintain and manage assigned customer accounts, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
2. Build strong relationships to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.
3. Identify and explore new business opportunities.
4. Understand customer needs, cross-sell services, grow revenue, and replenish services within existing accounts.
What we're looking for:
1. Previous experience in a customer service role.
2. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
3. Ability to prioritise and organise information.
4. Self-motivated with a passion for exceeding targets.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Collaborative work with the wider Account Business and New Business teams.
7. Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed.
