PROJECT COORDINATOR

Base pay range
This range is provided by Australasian Recruitment Company. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Responsibilities
* Maintaining the company's CAD drawing folders and register
* Assisting with site inductions
* Submitting drawings to clients
* Assisting with operations and maintenance manuals
* Maintaining client project team details
* Making changes to CAD drawings
* Creating, uploading and sending benchmarks
* Creating weekly reports and programmes
* Maintaining hard copy folders on all projects
Qualifications
* Minimum 12 months in an administrative role
* Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
