As a Band 5 Speech and Language Therapist, your responsibilities will include: Managing a caseload of residents with complex communication and swallowing disorders. Conducting specialist assessments in speech, language, cognitive communication, and dysphagia. Delivering individualised treatment plans and contributing to service development.
