The role of a SEND TA
As a
SEND TA
, you will play a vital role in helping one pupil thrive:
* Deliver consistent 1:1 support to meet social, emotional and behavioural needs.
* Use proven behaviour management approaches to maintain a calm and safe learning space.
* Work alongside the class teacher to adapt lessons and provide personalised support.
* Communicate effectively with parents, SENCOs and other professionals to ensure progress.
* Encourage self-confidence and independence in daily learning activities.
