Contract Type: Permanent Full Time
Location: Bradford, Petersfield or London

The Role
As a Senior Credit Risk Strategy Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we make credit decisions across the full customer lifecycle. Sitting at the intersection of data, technology, and risk, you’ll lead the design, testing, and implementation of decisioning strategies that enable responsible lending and sustainable business growth.
Your Responsibilities
* Lead the design, development, and testing of credit decisioning strategies and system changes across the customer lifecycle.
* Translate business needs into clear requirements, ensuring accurate implementation and full traceability.
* Develop and execute test plans to validate decision logic, system functionality, and data integrity.
* Analyse credit performance trends, providing actionable insights to shape risk management and strategy.
* Deliver clear, engaging MI and dashboards using Power BI and Excel, tailored to stakeholder needs.
* Define and support data requirements to enable reliable reporting and scalable analytics.
* Build strong relationships across Credit, Product, and Technology teams to ensure aligned, effective delivery.
* Champion continuous improvement in processes, workflows, and governance.
* Mentor junior analysts and share knowledge to strengthen overall team capability.
What We’re Looking For
* 3 years+ experience in data, reporting, or analytics within a Credit Risk or related function.
* Hands‑on experience with credit decisioning systems, testing environments, and data validation.
* Problem‑solving mindset—capable of tackling unfamiliar challenges with curiosity, structure, and resilience.
* Strong communication skills—able to explain complex topics clearly, influence stakeholders, and build trusted relationships.
* Experience mentoring or coaching junior colleagues, with a collaborative, knowledge‑sharing approach.
* Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and validation (highly desirable).
* Proactive, self‑starter attitude—comfortable working independently while contributing to team goals.
Interview Process
* 15‑min call with the Talent Team.
* 90‑min SQL and Logic translation Test.
* 30‑45‑min competency‑based interview.
