Your Future Team: Reporting into the National Specification Manager, you will be part of a team that is responsible for ensuring that ROCKWOOL products and systems are products of choice within the UK construction market. What you will be doing: Building and maintaining sustainable working relationships with clients in keeping with ROCKWOOL’s core values Planning and prioritising personal technical sales activities and customer contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs, sales and profitability via the CRM database RockConnect Planning and managing personal business portfolio Working collaboratively with Area Sales Managers and Technical teams Providing information, literature and samples of ROCKWOOL products Presenting to both internal and external stakeholders Delivering CPD’s to customers as required to gain understanding and support for ROCKWOOL products Sharing knowledge and information of newly identified opportunities within the commercial team to develop profitable business Responding to and following up sales and technical enquiries Monitoring and reporting on market and competitor activities Maintaining a pipeline of ongoing projects via the CRM system RockConnect What you bring: Experience supporting commercial activities in the building/construction industry, including specification selling Strong knowledge of current building regulations and ability to interpret technical drawings IT literate, confident with Microsoft Office and CRM systems Able to develop technical solutions to meet customer needs and proactively identify sales opportunities Effective, persuasive communicator with strong planning and organisational skills What we offer: Competitive Salary Company Car 30 days annual leave Bank Holidays Company Pension Scheme (Aviva) Westfield Health Cashback Scheme Life Assurance X3 annual salary Enhanced Sick Pay Scheme Who we are ROCKWOOL are a global leader in stone wool solutions, transforming volcanic rock into safe, sustainable products since 1937.
