Key responsibilities and duties: Lead, participate and support projects and initiatives Monitor performance of established Key Performance Indicators Collate data and produce reports Develop appropriate channels of communication and relationships within and across functions to facilitate effective team working Manage day to day activities related to projects Maintain plan/schedule of activities Apply a high level of cost control and support compilation of project budget Escalate changes that impact timescale, cost or quality to Director of Projects Liaise with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvements and recommend actions Participate/lead in internal and external meetings as required Investigate quality failures and ensure appropriate records are completed in line with agreed procedures Proactively manage changes, identify potential critical paths, and devise contingency plans. Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, both internally and externally To coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with wider project team and stakeholders from various functional departments. Coordinates and liaises with quality assurance, engineering, materials, customer service, sales, finance, HR, etc. to resolve difficult or continuing problems and ensure operational standards and goals are achieved Adherence to our Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety Management Systems (SMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and all associated Business Manuals.
