Wehave two exciting part-time positions for experienced senior managers to joinour team to help deliver the national Economic Accelerator Programme.
Acceleratoris a 12-month pilot which aims to improve population health outcomes andincrease economic growth by reducing health-related labour market inactivity.The programme will implement and evaluate a range of interventions which willsupport individuals to manage their health condition(s) and enable them toremain in employment.
Weare looking for well-motivated and dynamic individuals who are able to ableto work with a range of internal and external partners to deliver keyactivities and projects relating to the Accelerator programme.
Youwill be working with a fast-paced, placed based team, providing expertise toa range of activities including commissioning, monitoring and evaluatingservices.
Thisis a rare opportunity to engage in a high-profile area of work that requirespassionate, motivated and value driven individuals.

Main duties of the job
Thesuccessful applicants will support the delivery of the West YorkshireEconomic Accelerator Programme within Bradford District and Craven place.They will be involved in supporting the delivery of our local plan, under thedirection of the Reducing Inequalities Alliance Lead.
Theywill use their expertise and knowledge to:
Provide commissioning oversight andco-ordination within the programme, co-ordinating local implementation,monitoring and evaluation of our Accelerator interventions
Work with delivery partners topromote interventions and their impact
Take an active role in theevaluation of our local plan, by collating information and insight, andanalysing the qualitative data from our local interventions
Support the delivery of a range oflocal network and learning events, so a learning culture is embedded acrossthe programme
Toensure that Accelerator activity is aligned to wider place plans andactivity, these roles will be embedded within the Reducing InequalitiesAlliance team, actively contributing to their key delivery functions andmeetings.

Thepostholder will work across the portfolio of the Population Health andInequalities Directorate to support the delivery of the West YorkshireEconomic Accelerator Programme.
Responsibilitieswill include:
Developing and maintainingprogramme and project documentation, contributing to a programme managementreporting and monitoring.
Supporting the collection andanalysis of qualitative and quantitative information to demonstrate impact ofAccelerator interventions
Working collaboratively (across ourdirectorate) with the Business Intelligence team to turn data andintelligence into action orientated insight.
Sharing the results of analysis inaccessible and relevant formats and identify and share good practice
Developing and sharing emergingevidence and best practice for Accelerator interventions
TheAccelerator Programme is part of the Healthy Working Life, a joint programmeof the Combined Authority and the NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board

* Educated to degree level or equivalent level qualification or significant experience of working at a similar level supported by professional development
* Understanding of the background to and aims of current healthcare policy and appreciate the implications of this
Experience

* Experience of drafting briefing papers and correspondence at a management team level
