What you will do:
* Work in line with agreed thresholds in North Lincolnshire to ensure individuals receive the right support at the right time.
* Promote the Independent Living Service while supporting staff development and training initiatives.

* Provide professional leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members and stakeholders.
* Monitor and enhance competencies of prescribers to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
* Support budget management by identifying risks, tracking progress, and reporting in line with procedures.
* Collaborate with partners within the Disabled Facilities Grant process to ensure effective outcomes.
* Offer expert advice on moving and handling practices.
* Design and deliver training sessions tailored to a variety of audiences.
Requirements:
* A valid driving licence is required for travel within the area.
