Responsibilities
* Collaborate closely with sales managers to present the company's PV solutions to customers across Italy
* Provide strong technical support to the sales team through client and project site visits, gaining a deep understanding of system requirements
* Prepare and present technical offers, advising customers on product specifications, system design, and performance considerations
* Deliver product training to clients, ensuring correct usage and understanding of technical solutions
* Organise customer training sessions in coordination with the sales team
* Plan and deliver in‑house technical training sessions
* Attend exhibitions, distributor roadshows, and industry events to represent the company and support product‑related technical discussions
* Respond to specific technical enquiries related to PV systems, providing accurate documentation and technical support
* Manage and coordinate after‑sales support activities to ensure smooth project implementation and high customer satisfaction
Requirements
* Degree in Engineering, Technical Sciences, or a related field
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in technical support or specialist roles
* Experience delivering customer‑facing technical presentations and training
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and training sessions simultaneously
* Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
* Willingness to travel within Italy for client visits and events
