Job Description

Do you love sports or have a passion for great customer service? Enjoy forming positive relationships? As a Retail Customer Service Advisor, you will be an essential part of the Entain family, delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards in our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. No two days are the same, and you'll contribute to a team that wins together and prioritizes our customers.

Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will serve customers and build rapport to encourage repeat business.


What you will do

* Deliver outstanding customer service
* Promote safer gambling practices
* Take bets on various sports and events
* Process transactions, including cash handling
* Demonstrate products and betting terminals to customers
* Handle customer complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills
* Work towards targets and goals
* Maintain shop standards
* Open or close the shop as needed


Working patterns

Shops operate from Monday to Sunday, 8am - 10pm, including weekends and bank holidays. Your weekly rota will typically be 30 hours, including long opening and closing shifts, as well as shorter evening shifts. As a key holder, you will be responsible for opening and closing the shop. Rota schedules are provided at least four weeks in advance to support work-life balance.
