Job Description
As a member of this growing audit team you will:
* Report to a Manager, Senior Manager or Director/ Partner.
* Work effectively in an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution.
* Supervise our field teams to successfully execute audit engagements.
* Manage client relationships day to day.
* Mentor and coach junior members of our team.
* Help to drive continuous improvement in audit methodology and develop new ways of working through innovation and transformation.
* Participate in practice management activities, including facilitation of internal training courses and staff development.
* Engage with and support wellbeing activities with the team and the wider Portfolio function.
* Support the development of the practice, potentially through facilitation of internal training courses or staff development.
The Successful Applicant
* A relevant professional qualification, e.g. ACA, ACCA, CPA, CA, ICAS or overseas equivalent.
* Experience as an external auditor
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Highly motivated approach
