Overview
Next Generation is recruiting a CNC Turner to work with a leading global manufacturer producing machined components for the Oil & Gas industry. The role involves programming, setting up, and operating Fanuc-controlled lathes.
Shift
* Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 4:00 pm
Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive rate up to £18.50 per hour (DOE)

Duties
* Write and edit CNC programs (G & M codes)
* Operate CNC lathes using Fanuc controls
* Perform offsets and tool changes
* Adjust speeds and feeds
* Run multiple lathes concurrently
* Monitor cycle times
* Basic machine maintenance
Requirements
* 3–5 years experience operating Doosan Puma lathes (essential)
* 3–5 years programming in Fanuc (essential)
* Experience checking for defects and quality issues (essential)
* Ability to manage cycle times (essential)
* Excellent attention to detail (essential)
