We are currently recruiting a Gas Safe Engineer/Plumber/Electrician to join our family run business
Here at Laughton & Wallace Ltd, we have over 50 years of experience in plumbing and heating and offer a wide variety of services to our customers including plumbing/boiler installations & repairs
No two days are the same and we are looking to recruit a reliable, ambitious, and well organised gas engineer to join our friendly team of experts
Key responsibilities for the position are:
* Undertaking Boiler installations and competent with all plumbing systems i.e, Y plan S plan, Combi and conventional systems
* Complete all woks in accordance with specification and gas safe regulations
* 1st and 2nd fix plumbing
* Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing problems
* Carry out electrical work on domestic bathroom installations
* Complete all wiring on Boiler installations (thermostat/hive controls)
* Diagnose electrical faults
* Completion of all paperwork and money handling
* Liaise with administration
* Ensure customer safety and satisfaction
Essential requirements:
* Ability to diagnose any fault on an extensive range of boilers and heating systems
* Previous gas/heating/plumbing experience is essential
* Can do attitude to problem solving
* Be customer focused with excellent communication skills
* Be organised, reliable and have attention to detail
* Full clean UK driving license
