Salary: Daily rate 100.00

The Role: We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA), you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and enhancing the learning experience for our students. You will work across various classes and need to be adaptable, proactive, and passionate about education.
Responsibilities
* Assist the classroom teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
* Provide support to individual students and small groups to enhance their learning and development.
* Monitor and assess students\' progress, providing feedback and reporting to the teacher.
* Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Support the planning and implementation of interventions for students requiring additional assistance.
* Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
* Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student needs.
What We Are Looking For:
* HLTA qualification
* Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
* A passion for helping children achieve their potential.
* Experience working with SEN children
Documents Required
* Documents proving the candidate has the Right To Work in the UK
* DBS
* OPC (if applicable)
* CV, covering last 10 years of employment (minimum).
