As a Graduate Project Coordinator, you will support the delivery of projects for a major automotive client. Working as part of a client-facing consulting team, you will assist in coordinating project activities, tracking performance, and ensuring project objectives are met in a fast-paced, industrial environment.
This role is ideal for graduates looking to start a career in project coordination, PMO, or consulting, with hands-on exposure to large-scale automotive projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate day-to-day project activities with client and internal teams
* Support project planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking
* Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and actions
* Prepare project reports, dashboards, and stakeholder presentations
* Support cost tracking, change control, and project documentation
* Liaise with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and client stakeholders
* Ensure project data is accurate and up to date across PM tools
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Interest in project coordination, PMO, or consulting environments
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, client-facing role
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
