JOB DESCRIPTION Position Title: Housing Tutor Role Status: Full-time Reports To: Operations Manager Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 dependant on experience Location: Remote Function Accountability * Plan, deliver and adapt high-quality teaching * Facilitate teaching and learning for Functional Skills * Provide effective Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG/CIAG) * Promote and embed Safeguarding, Prevent, British Values, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, and Health & Safety Primary Purpose and Objectives The primary purpose of this role is to guide and support a caseload of apprentices and learners through their learning journey, delivering a structured curriculum while adapting to individual and employer needs.
