We re looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and skilled Early Help Programmes Worker to join our friendly team. You ll play a key role in delivering evidence-based parenting programmes and domestic abuse support programmes, helping families build stronger, safer, and more connected relationships. This role also supports the Reducing Parental Conflict initiative, funded by the government, which focuses on helping parents/carers communicate better and reduce the impact of conflict on children. What You ll Be Doing: Delivering group and one-to-one parenting programmes that empower and support families. Facilitating domestic abuse awareness and recovery programmes with empathy and care. Working closely with Early Help, Children Social Care colleagues and partners to identify families who would benefit from support. Promoting healthy relationships and reducing parental conflict through structured interventions. Keeping clear records and contributing to positive outcomes for children and families. What We re Looking For: Experience working with children, families, or vulnerable adults. Confidence in delivering group-based programmes. A good understanding of the challenges families face, especially around parenting and domestic abuse. A team player with a big heart and a calm, can-do attitude. Someone who s organised, reflective, and always learning.
