About The Role
This full‑time, permanent role involves implementing and maintaining a comprehensive health and safety management system, maintaining H&S policies, conducting and advising on the creation of risk assessments, and delivering training.

About You
We’re looking for a reliable and motivated individual who takes pride in delivering excellent service. You should bring:
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
* Clear and professional communication skills
* In‑depth knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practices
* A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
* Experience working within an FE environment
* Most importantly, a readiness to make a positive contribution to our college community
