SEN Teaching Assistant Opportunity in Hemel Hempstead
Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: hEMEL Hempstead
Rate: 90 - 110 per day (dependent on experience)
Hours: Term time only (temp to perm)

This role is ideal for Teaching Assistants who want to:
* Work closely with pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Develop their SEN skills in a supportive, specialist environment
* Join a dedicated team focused on pupil progress and wellbeing
* Make a long-term difference in a school committed to inclusive education
Key Responsibilities
* Support pupils with varying SEN needs, both in and out of the classroom
* Foster positive relationships and encourage pupil engagement
* Implement behaviour management strategies consistently and effectively
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff, therapists, and support teams
Key Requirements
* Experience working with children or young people with SEN (in education or care)
* Strong behaviour management and a calm, adaptable approach
* (Desirable) CACHE/NVQ Level 2 or above in Supporting Teaching and Learning
* A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs
