Role Summary:
Job Title: Service Delivery Manager

Pay: £54,102 to £67,056 per annum

Location: Bristol (hybrid working 3-4 days on site)

Key Responsibilities:
* Build, recruit, lead, and motivate a brand-new IT Secure Operations delivery team.
* Design, implement, and continuously improve service support and delivery processes aligned with ITIL best practices.
* Take full ownership of Incident, Request, Change, and Escalation processes, including chairing the Change Advisory Board (CAB).
* Manage the IT Secure Operations run budget and define requirements for tools and platforms.
* Drive Problem Management through trend analysis and prevention to maintain high service standards.
* Design and create detailed KPI reporting to support and advise the Senior Leadership Team.
* Support the technical development and delivery of internal secure working environments and handle service transitions.
