Dual Campus - Somer Valley Campus, Radstock & City Centre, Bath
Under the general direction and the day-to-day supervision of the Examinations Manager, the post holder assists in ensuring the provision of an effective and efficient Examinations Service.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the effective and efficient day-to-day operation of the Examinations Office.
* Prepare, check, and input examination information into the College Management Information System.
* Register students, make exam entries and claim achievements for a wide range of awarding bodies.
* Schedule, prepare and oversee examinations.
* Organise onward dispatch of scripts and attendance sheets as directed by the awarding bodies.
* Assist in the development and maintenance of internal examination procedures and processes.
* Participate in invigilation of exams and on-line assessments as required adhering to JCQ regulations as all times.
* Assist in the digital upload of exams process.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* 3 GCSEs (Grade C or above) inc. English Language and Mathematics or equivalent.
