As part of this growth, they are seeking a Project Manager to take responsibility for multiple high-value projects, managing schemes with individual values of up to £20m+. The role offers genuine developer-side exposure, autonomy over delivery, and the opportunity to play a key role in the company’s ongoing expansion.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and driven, confident on site, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders to ensure multi-million-pound projects are delivered efficiently, safely and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead projects from pre- to post-contract, managing design, commercial and construction objectives.
* Provide commercial oversight, including cost monitoring, risk management, and contract administration.
* Conduct weekly site walk rounds and monthly project reviews to monitor progress, quality, and programme adherence.
* Act as a trusted client-facing representative, coordinating consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
* Mentor and support the regional delivery team, embedding best-practice processes and standards.
* Ensure hands-on engagement on site, proactively resolving issues and driving projects to completion.
* Take ownership of multiple high-value projects (£20m+), balancing priorities and ensuring delivery excellence.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in pre- and post-contract project management on high-value residential projects.
* Minimum of 5 years’ project management experience.
* Strong commercial awareness, with ability to manage budgets, contracts, and project risks.
* Demonstrable ability to take ownership, lead teams, and work autonomously.
* Hands-on, with regular site presence and willingness to travel to site in Northampton, Swindon and Oxford.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
