Teaching Personnel Liverpool is working closely with several North Liverpool secondary schools to recruit SEN Teaching Assistants for full-time, long-term roles starting in September 2025.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll be working one-to-one or in small groups with pupils who need additional support with learning, behaviour, or emotional regulation. You'll help them access the curriculum, build confidence, and succeed in school.
You'll work alongside teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams to deliver tailored support and help create an inclusive learning environment.

* Sports Coaching
* Mental Health Support
* Teaching or Nursery Assistants
* Volunteer experience in schools or community projects
If you have patience, empathy, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping young people, we want to hear from you.
* Experience working with children or young people (in any setting).
* A proactive, compassionate, and resilient approach.
* Must have an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
* Full-time work in welcoming, supportive schools.
