This role sits at the intersection of education, and commercial partnerships, driving scalable programs that enable institutions, students, and educators to access technology through carrier-led solutions and propositions.\\n\\nYou will work cross-functionally with central RTM teams, local sales, education specialists, and carrier partners to design innovative education propositions, build strategic partnerships, and deliver measurable growth across key markets. Lead the development and execution of education-focused route-to-market strategies across carriers with an Education focus across the world.\n\nDesign and implement education-specific offer constructs (e.g. device connectivity bundles, student/teacher affordability programs, institutional procurement models).\n\nDevelop and deliver compelling value propositions to drive adoption of education programs across key accounts.\n\nCollaborate with central RTM, education sales, and local account teams to align country-level plans with regional strategy.\n\nAnalyse market performance, demand drivers, and program effectiveness to optimize education adoption and penetration.\n\nShare and engage on best practices to support local execution.\n\nSupport and create digital learning initiatives.\n\nPartner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Channel Communications, Business Planning, Marketing, Engineering) to ensure end-to-end execution and governance.\n\nInfluence and contribute to key account planning for major carrier partners. Significant experience in Education development, or education sales roles\nProven track record working within channel and customer environments \nStrong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable insights \nCommercial acumen and experience designing go-to-market strategies \nExcellent communication and influencing skills across multiple organizational levels \nAbility to operate in complex, ambiguous environments and drive outcomes \nHighly organised and process led\nStorytelling and executive-level presentation skills\nInnovation and problem-solving mindset\nExperience in the education sector (K-12, Higher Education, or EdTech ecosystems)\nStrong understanding of digital learning trends and institutional buying cycles\nInnovation and problem-solving mindset Experience working with Partners, device financing, or digital inclusion programs\nKnowledge of public sector procurement and education funding models\nExperience partnering with trade-in ecosystems\nExperience working in emerging Markets
