About the Role: This is a full-time, permanent role starting January 2026. You will support students across KS3–KS4 within the classroom, working closely with teachers to ensure pupils remain engaged, confident and supported in their learning. You will assist with small-group interventions, provide one-to-one support where necessary, help with behaviour and SEN support, and play a key role in promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
