The role

As Product Supply Manager at Huel, you’ll have end-to-end ownership of product supply across a defined and growing portfolio of categories within our external manufacturing (Coman) network. This role is suited to someone comfortable setting direction, driving outcomes, and managing external partners with a high degree of autonomy.

Reporting into the Head of Product Supply, you’ll sit within our Product Supply team as part of Huel’s wider Operations function. You’ll join a fast-paced, collaborative environment where problem-solving and teamwork are central and where your impact on the business will be clear from day one.

Below is an overview of the key responsibilities you’ll take on in this role.

1. Deliver on Our Customer Promise of ‘Never Out of Stock’: Balance product availability and wastage risk by maintaining optimal stock levels, supporting our rocket ship growth across D2C and retail channels.

2. Supply Planning & Execution: Develop robust supply plans that translate demand into executable volumes across the Coman network, ensuring plans are clearly communicated, understood, and delivered through effective execution - without owning line-level scheduling or factory operations.

3. External Manufacturing & Relationship Management: Build, manage, and leverage strong senior relationships with external manufacturing partners and third parties. You’ll act as Huel’s primary supply planning owner for your Comans, ensuring accountability, alignment, and performance through influence rather than direct control.

4. NPD & Capability Expansion: Lead the supply planning setup for new product categories, capabilities, and manufacturing partners. This includes supporting Coman onboarding, defining planning parameters, establishing ways of working, and scaling supply as categories grow.

5. Risk Management & Problem Solving: Proactively identify supply risks, constraints, and dependencies across planning and execution. Take ownership for resolving issues end-to-end, escalating only when necessary and with clear recommendations.

What we're looking for in you

Experience & Capability

6. Significant experience in product supply or supply chain planning within FMCG, ideally involving outsourced or external manufacturing.

7. Demonstrated ownership of finished goods availability, product categories, or supply portfolios

8. Proven experience onboarding new products, categories, or manufacturing partners into live supply chains

9. Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor with broad accountability.

Self-Sufficiency & Ownership

10. Highly autonomous, able to set direction and deliver outcomes without close supervision

11. Comfortable making trade-offs and decisions in ambiguous, fast-changing environments

12. Strong bias for action and accountability

External Relationship Leadership

13. Proven ability to build and manage effective relationships with third-party manufacturers and partners.

14. Able to drive execution through influence, clarity, and trust rather than authority

Communication & Stakeholder Management

15. Confident engaging with senior internal and external stakeholders

16. Able to clearly articulate supply plans, risks, and options using simple, effective materials

Analytical & Commercial Mindset

17. Strong numerical and analytical capability, with advanced spreadsheet skills

18. Able to balance availability, cost, risk, and growth in a commercial way.
