Main Responsibilities:
1. Support the Service Manager in daily management of the Service Department.
2. Plan all incoming work and manage your team’s time and resources.
3. Assign tasks to Technicians to maximize productivity and meet deadlines.
4. Handle performance management, coaching, and team development to ensure high performance.
Candidate Requirements:
Previous managerial experience is essential, whether from a Workshop Controller, Senior Service Role, or existing Service Manager position. You should have a proven track record of high performance, excellent communication skills, and hold a full, valid UK driving license.
