Description
Oversee financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Complete management of the monthly and annual consolidation processes.
Completion of all necessary statutory accounts and reporting for the group across multiple jurisdictions (individual and group accounts).
Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals.
Tax planning and co sec responsibilities
Coordinate with department heads to compile and analyse financial data.
Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.
Ensure timely and accurate budget analysis and financial review for company management.
Profile
The successful candidate should have:
ACA/ACCA qualified.
Comprehensive IFRS knowledge, IFRS 16, IFRS 3, IFRS 9 etc.
