Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to meet the organisation's staffing needs. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation and relationship management, ensuring a seamless recruitment process from start to finish.
Duties
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
* Utilise various platforms including social media, job boards, and professional networks for lead generation.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process.
* Maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo or Workday.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide guidance on best practices in recruitment.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources and recruitment.
Skills
* Proficient in using ATS systems (Taleo, Workday) and HRIS for managing candidate data.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
* Excellent relationship management skills to foster connections with potential hires and internal teams.
* Familiarity with Salesforce for tracking recruitment metrics is advantageous.
* Experience in social media management for promoting job openings and enhancing employer branding.
* Background in human resources is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
