About The Role
We’re hiring a Head of Organic to build this capability for Paysend. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can set direction, make smart trade-offs and drive execution. You will own the strategy for organic acquisition across web and app, improve how Paysend shows up in high-intent moments, and create the systems that allow organic growth to scale across regions. You will lead strategy across SEO, ASO, content, technical discoverability and emerging AI-driven search behaviours, while working closely with Product, Marketing, Engineering, Data, Brand and Compliance. The remit is global, with a strong focus on priority markets, localisation, and commercial impact.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
Organic growth Strategy
* Define Paysend’s organic growth strategy across web and app, aligned to company priorities, target markets and customer demand
* Own Paysend’s organic growth strategy across SEO, ASO, content and emerging discovery channel
* Identify where organic growth can drive the greatest commercial value across key use cases, corridors, markets and customer journeys
* Create a focused view of where Paysend should win organically and how that translates into customer acquisition and business impact
* Align organic growth with brand activity, product launches and wider acquisition priorities
Build the engine for scalable organic growth
* Create a repeatable way to identify, prioritise and scale organic growth opportunities across markets
* Establish Paysend’s approach to new discovery behaviours, including how customers find and evaluate us beyond traditional search
* Make clear trade-offs between fast-impact improvements and longer-term investments in technical foundations, localisation and content infrastructure
Measurement, experimentation and scale
* Define and track the metrics that matter for organic growth
* Partner with Data on attribution, reporting and performance insight
* Build simple frameworks for prioritisation, testing and decision-making
* Balance quick wins with long-term growth opportunities
* Use AI where it improves speed, quality or scale
What You’ll Need To Be Successful In This Role
* Significant experience in organic growth for a high-growth digital product
* Proven track record of scaling organic traffic and converting it into business outcomes
* Proven ability to negotiate priorities with Product and Engineering teams and navigate Compliance approval processes within highly regulated environments
* Deep expertise in SEO, ASO and content, with a strong interest & hand on experience in emerging discovery channels and practical experience adapting to new search behaviours.
* Operate as an owner and contributor with full ownership of organic growth channel
* Strong analytical mindset and ability to prioritise opportunities by impact
* Collaborative, action-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
