The Opportunity We’re expanding our team and looking for two enthusiastic Installation and Support Engineers to join us in a dynamic, field-based role. This is a fantastic opportunity to work hands-on with cutting-edge technology, travel across the UK, and play a key role in shaping the future of construction. You’ll receive full certified training, ongoing support, and the autonomy to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where no two days are the same. Are you an existing Plant Fitter, looking to develop your skills in digital construction, or have you got site engineering experience and want to join the fast-paced world of machine control Key Responsibilities: Installation and Support of Digital construction equipment like machine control and GNSS receivers. Provide after-sales servicing and technical support via site visit or remotely. Deliver basic training to Operators following installation. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the field. Stay current with software, firmware, and product updates. Uphold company policies and standards. Collaborate with colleagues to plan weekly priorities and projects. Maintain strong customer relationships aligned with our ‘customer-first’ ethos. What We’re Looking For: Self-motivated with excellent time management. Comfortable working independently in diverse environments. Willingness to travel extensively and stay overnight when required. Genuine interest in technology and construction machinery. Strong communication and customer service skills.
