Your new role
As the Head of Quality Assurance and Central Laboratories, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of quality and compliance within the organisation
1. You will develop, implement, and oversee quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, lead the QA team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to quality protocols.
2. You will manage the operations of central laboratories, ensuring all testing and analysis are conducted accurately and efficiently, ensuring all laboratory activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and quality standards.
3. You will conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas of non-compliance and implement corrective action and develop and implement quality control systems and procedures.
4. Lead quality improvement initiatives and drive change to enhance laboratory processes and product quality.
