The Role
As part of a friendly and supportive team, you'll work alongside teachers and tutors to deliver personalised learning experiences tailored to each pupil's unique strengths and needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing 1:1 and small-group support in the classroom
* Assisting in lesson preparation and classroom organisation
* Encouraging pupils to engage with learning through creative, structured approaches
* Promoting emotional wellbeing, positive behaviour, and personal development
* Supporting the implementation of safeguarding and school policies

We're looking for someone who is:
* Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about helping children succeed
* Able to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team
* Experienced or knowledgeable in supporting pupils with autism or complex needs (desirable)
* Committed to upholding the highest standards of care and safeguarding
