About the Role
Property Litigation Associate Solicitor - Up to £60,000 - REF: 868169AL
We are working on behalf of a highly regarded law firm to recruit a Property Litigation Solicitor for their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and professional environment, handling a diverse caseload and contributing to the development of the department.
You will manage a range of property litigation matters, including:
* Leasehold disputes, boundary disputes, adverse possession claims
* Section 20 processes and s25/s26 notices
* Dilapidations processes
* Drafting and responding to proceedings in County and High Courts and the First Tier Property Tribunal
* Providing clear written and verbal legal advice
* Supervising and mentoring paralegals
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards
* Contributing to business development and departmental growth
The Ideal Candidate
1. Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with relevant litigation practice rights
2. 2–3 years PQE in property litigation
3. Excellent client care, communication, and organisational skills
