We’re working with inclusive schools across Leamington Spa, Warwick and Stratford-Upon-Avon that are seeking SEN Teaching Assistants to join their teams.
These roles are ideal for graduates who want to use their psychology knowledge in a practical, rewarding setting, supporting pupils with additional needs to thrive both academically and emotionally.
What you’ll be doing:

Working 1:1 and in small groups with pupils who have autism, ADHD, SEMH, and speech & language needs
*
Supporting learning, wellbeing, and social development
*
Adapting to different classroom environments and collaborating closely with teachers and SENCOs
*
Gaining hands-on experience that could pave the way for careers in teaching, educational psychology, or therapy
What we’re looking for:

A Psychology (or related) graduate OR someone with 6–12 months SEN experience
*
Empathy, patience, and a positive, proactive attitude
*
Someone who enjoys understanding behaviours and helping pupils succeed
*
A team player who can build great relationships with pupils and colleagues
