Main Purpose of the role:
We seek a passionate and energetic Digital Marketing Executive to join our busy Marketing team at Colwyn House, with some WFH flexibility.
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will implement digital marketing strategies across the Financial Services Division.
This role offers variety and growth opportunities for a marketer eager to advance within a national organization, leveraging existing experience to develop digital marketing skills.
A typical day involves managing multiple brands, priorities, and stakeholders in a dynamic environment. You will execute activities across various digital channels to meet our commercial objectives, ensuring content is engaging, valuable, and effective.
Activities/Main Duties:
Operational
* Create and optimize written and visual content for the FS business, including websites, emails, social media, videos, and posts.
* Work with subject matter experts to optimize content for SEO to improve organic rankings.
* Assist in developing and implementing a content calendar.
* Manage social media plans, develop innovative social campaigns, and monitor engagement.
* Respond to social messages appropriately.
* Set up, test, implement, and report on campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
* Collaborate with the in-house design team and external agencies to produce assets like photography, graphics, and videos.
* Maintain brand consistency and tone of voice across all channels.
* Build effective relationships with stakeholders within the FS and wider business.
* Contribute to training programs on digital marketing best practices.
* Support reputation management initiatives, including review generation and responses.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Experience in digital marketing across multiple channels, including content creation and social media management.
* Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
* Excellent project management and organizational skills.
* Ability to meet tight deadlines with attention to detail.
* Proficiency with digital marketing software, CMS, email platforms, and Office packages.
* At least three years of digital marketing experience.
Qualifications:
* Degree-level education or equivalent preferred.
* Marketing qualification such as CIM or similar is desirable.
