Commercial Property Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive – Full or Part Time (Shrewsbury)
We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a dynamic and growing Commercial Property Team based at the Shrewsbury office. The firm welcomes applications for both full-time and part-time roles.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a well-established legal team, delivering high-quality commercial property services to a diverse client base across Shropshire.
You will manage a varied caseload involving:
* Commercial property sales and acquisitions
* Landlord and tenant matters
* Lease negotiations
* Property development
* Agricultural land and woodland transactions
* Telecoms-related property issues
You will work alongside experienced legal professionals and a dedicated support team in a collaborative environment that supports professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle a full caseload of commercial property transactions from instruction to completion
* Provide expert legal advice with a strong client-care focus
* Engage in business development and networking opportunities to grow your professional profile and client base
About You
* A minimum of 3 years’ PQE in commercial property law
* A solid background working in a law firm environment
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* The ability to work independently under pressure
