About this opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager to join us in Insurance, Pensions and Investment (IP&I) at Lloyds Banking Group. You will be part of the Investment Solutions function, working with proposition teams across the organization, responsible for investment solution design and ongoing oversight & governance, aiming for industry-leading customer outcomes.
Reporting to the Head of Investment Solutions, you should have a passion for innovation and delivering outstanding investment solutions continuously.
What you’ll be doing:
* Designing investment solutions for workplace pensions, D2C, and advised channels.
* Managing market intelligence and positioning of investment solutions across channels.
* Collaborating with propositional leads within Investments and across IP&I organization.
* Recommending improvements or closures of investment propositions to the Head of Investment Solutions.
* Supporting Distribution with market intelligence, sales support, and training.
* Overseeing and reporting on existing investment solutions, ensuring compliance with internal objectives and controls.

* Knowledge of the competitive landscape across workplace pensions, D2C, and advised channels.
* Experience with the life cycle of investment solutions and familiarity with Consumer Duty and FCA PROD requirements.
* Understanding of regulatory environments and compliance requirements.
