From planned preventative maintenance (PPM)to breakdown response and fault finding, you will be working with a variety of specialised machinery in a fast-paced industrial environment.This is a varied and practical role that will allow you to use and develop a wide range of skills, including fitting, fabrication, welding and servicing.Key Responsibilities:Carry out mechanical maintenance on plant and production equipmentPerform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdown repairsFault find and diagnose issues on hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systemsBearing fitting and alignmentMaintain high standards of safety, quality and reliabilitySupport continuous improvement and reduction of downtimeWork effectively as part of a shift-based maintenance teamAbout You:You will be a mechanically biased maintenance engineer with experience working within manufacturing or heavy industry environments.
