The Role
As Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital part in the smooth running of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and support for the chefs.
Key Responsibilities:
-Washing dishes, utensils, pots, and pans
-Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and back-of-house areas
-Assisting with basic food preparation as required
-Managing waste and recycling in line with hygiene regulations
-Supporting chefs during busy service periods
-Ensuring health & safety standards are consistently met
