Contracts Manager needed to Manage and deliver multiple fast - track fit - out projects. Contracts Manager will also contribute to business growth by leveraging existing client, consultant, subcontractor relationships to help identify and secure new project opportunities .
Duties: Contracts Manager will be liaising with clients and subcontractors, so must have good communication skills, Manage variations, valuations and final accounts, so must have experience 5 + years. Prepare applications for payment, cost report, and project summaries. Successful candidate must be proficient with Microsoft office, Smartsheet and Quickbooks.
