Head of Residential Conveyancing, Warwickshire

The Opportunity
The firm has a strong reputation for property work and is seeking an experienced solicitor to lead its residential conveyancing department. You will inherit a busy and well-regarded practice with established relationships with local agents and referrers, alongside a steady flow of internal work from the probate and family teams. The department acts for clients across Warwickshire as well as many repeat clients and families throughout the UK. Interestingly, the firm has never needed to rely on paying referral fees, marketing or advertising as work volumes remain consistently strong. With additional leadership and capacity, there is clear potential to develop and grow the team further.
