Job Responsibilities
1. Lead the development and execution of lifecycle programs and funnel optimization strategies for key investment areas.
2. Collaborate across teams to improve customer communication and engagement.
3. Partner with data teams to analyze customer insights, design experiments aligned with KPIs, and optimize growth initiatives.
4. Manage multichannel campaigns (email, in-app, push), ensuring brand consistency and compliance.
5. Design and implement automated campaigns using internal and external tools for maximum impact.
6. Report on program and test results, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
7. Foster organizational collaboration to enhance customer experience.
8. Maintain documentation and playbooks to support ongoing learning and growth.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
1. Experience managing lifecycle and funnel optimization programs, especially in regulated markets.
2. Proficiency with Email Service Providers, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
3. Strong analytical skills and curiosity for data-driven growth.
4. Hands-on experience managing initiatives in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
5. Attention to detail, with focus on documentation and data flow management.

1. Experience in financial services or digital wealth management.
