Luminate Education Group is one of the UK’s largest education collectives. Our Marketing Department operates like a high‑energy in‑house agency, bringing together a talented mix of graphic designers, animators, copywriters, and filmmakers to represent a diverse collection of FE colleges.
What You Will Do
* Lead the edit: take ownership of campaigns, from initial assembly to the final polished delivery.
* Master social‑first content: create native, high‑energy content for TikTok, YouTube, and Meta that stops the scroll and speaks the language of a youth audience.
* Elevate with motion: use After Effects to add an extra layer of “pop” with kinetic typography and dynamic transitions.
* Innovate with AI: incorporate AI‑assisted tools into your workflow to keep outputs fresh and efficient.
* Get stuck in: head out on‑site to assist with shoots, managing and transporting kit between campus locations and external shoot sites.
About You
* Technically minded: you understand Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Capcut and are keen to develop further.
* Social native: you grasp trends, algorithms, and how to hook a Gen Z audience in the first three seconds.
* Detail driven: you have a sharp eye for colour grading and a keen ear for sound design.
* Collaborative spirit: you’re a team player who can transform a brief from a non‑creative stakeholder into something spectacular.
* Problem solver: you can scan a raw footage hard drive and identify the story waiting to be told.
* Valid UK driving licence and vehicle access is required, or you must be able to travel flexibly between Group campuses and shoot locations.
