Are you an experienced Sales Specialist who is available for immediate start?Are you familiar with a high performing sales environment with the ability to commit to a 12month FTC?We are looking for someone to join the InterBay Sales team. This is a fast-paced team who take pride in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients/brokers. A tight knit group that works closely to achieve shared goals/targets.What you will be doing: As an Internal Sales Account Manager, you will pro-actively manage existing agreed and new broker relationships from InterBay Asset Finance\\\'s (IAF) office, to deepen our relationship with each broker\\\'s key staff, and maximise the business opportunityYour responsibilities will include:Managing a small number of Introducers and/or direct customers to maximise the business opportunity from each oneMaintaining tight control of deal pipeline to maximise the conversion of dealsAchieving targeted volume, yield, term and fees from brokers and maximise the conversion of Proposals into funded volumeChasing pipeline of deals with the relevant broker/introducer contact to maximise conversion ratesWorking closely with internal functions to structure more challenging deals to enable credit approvalDeveloping and maintaining strong working relationships with colleagues within the rest of OSB to maximise the business opportunity for both IAF and the wider OSB groupAchieve new business targets as set out by Head of Asset FinanceLiaising and working with external sales members This Internal Sales Account manager position is being offered on a 12-month FTC and we offer a competitive salary Enhanced family-focused benefitsHybrid-workingQuarterly bonus opportunity Please use this link to see the fantastic benefits available at OSB:https://www.osb.co.uk/careers/overview We are looking for talented sales individuals who have the experience and knowledge set out below: 18months + years exp proactive calling / canvassing and relationship buildingExperience within a high-pressure sales environment with structure KPI and targetsExcellent customer service and the ability to influence othersGreat communication skills both verbally and written and confidence speaking face to face
