Key Responsibilities
* Perform electronics testing using oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analysers, network analysers and other test equipment.
* Test, fault‑find and repair PCB assemblies and electro‑mechanical products down to component level.
* Carry out production, system and functional testing to internal and customer specifications.
* Diagnose and repair faulty finished goods, documenting findings and corrective actions.
* Build and configure test fixtures, jigs and ATS setups to support new and existing test processes.
* Interpret circuit diagrams, PCB layouts and wiring schematics to support troubleshooting.
* Work closely with engineering and production teams to improve test coverage, quality and throughput.
* Maintain, calibrate and ensure correct operation of all test equipment.
Experience & Skills Required
* 5+ years' experience in electronics manufacturing, test or repair.
* Strong understanding of analogue and digital electronics.
* Confident in component‑level fault‑finding, rework and soldering.
* Experience with RF testing or RF equipment is highly desirable, but not essential.
* Familiarity with IP networks, embedded systems or wireless technologies is beneficial.
* Knowledge of IPC standards (IPC‑610 desirable).
* Strong communication, documentation and problem‑solving skills.
* Degree/HND in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or similar is beneficial but not essential.
